Hi Hi!! So excited to have you here!! I’m Jocylon or Jocy for short!

I am a Musical theatre actress and performer originally from Waro Ethiopia but made my way to Columbus Indiana at six years old to join my new family! Since that moment I’ve been determined to succeed and bring a piece of myself, my experience and my culture to theatre!

As an actress and person my goal is to bring joy and visibility to everyone I encounter with on and off stage!

After spending four years as a BFA in Musical Theater,  I spent my summer in the Catskills singing, acting and dancing in Musicals, Cabarets and New works! Now I’ve  officially moved to NYC to continue pursuing and growing as an actress!!!

Lastly to know me is to know my favorite person in the world!!! My grandpa Paka! Love you!!!

Fun fact- I turned 7 twice, I've seen the Minecraft movie 8 times and I’m the first actress, American citizen and college graduate in my bloodline!!

Now you know me a little!
